All non-video orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Video orders are processed within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently only ship our products within the US.

We ship mainly with USPS and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times are determined by the carrier and may vary depending on your location, weather, or other delays beyond our control.

Due to the nature of our bundles, we typically do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly work with you to make it right.
